Behavioral Technical Other

I applied for the role and had an initial phone screen. Then I went in for an interview at their office. Upon arrival, I was told to just sit down, which made me uncomfortable. The office was messy and disorganized, with people working in unconventional spaces like lounges due to a lack of office space. I overheard an employee, who turned out to be the CEO of Operations in Sydney, loudly complaining about company expenditures on the phone. This, along with unprofessional behavior and discussions about financial issues, made me question the business's stability and the leadership. The interview itself consisted of standard sales questions. The interviewer was vague with answers, possibly due to limited knowledge, and some questions felt too personal. I was also frequently interrupted while speaking.

Behavioral Group Technical Presentation

It started with an intro and a behavioral round that saw a lot of people get through. Then, we moved to a group discussion (GD) on a general topic, which only a few candidates passed to get to the technical round. The GD seemed to be focused on checking assertiveness and communication skills. The technical part involved a one-hour session where I had to sell my phone. Finally, there was an HR round with some administrative questions.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

We started with a phone interview for basic screening, then had a face-to-face chat that included a casual discussion and a sales pitch. After that, there was a task, like a presentation, to complete. The final round was another face-to-face interview with more in-depth questioning.
