I applied online. We were a group of 7 candidates taken to a meeting room. Two HR representatives introduced themselves and the company. Then, we were asked to introduce ourselves and if we had any questions. The first round was an aptitude test. The second round involved picking a topic from a box and speaking about it for one minute. The third round was a one-on-one interview with HR.

We had two full-day interviews. There were some creative elements, like speaking publicly with no prep. It was hard to know how I was doing because of the limited feedback. Some mock sales pitches were part of it, but they said they cared more about how I handled feedback than my natural sales skills. These interviews would be tough to do while working full-time because they didn't stick to the schedule and were often delayed or interrupted by meetings.

You'll have about 1 to 2 interviews with HR, and they'll ask you common questions like 'tell me about yourself.' It was pretty straightforward. Just make sure you're prepared and know the company's history.
