I went to the interview even though I was sick. It was a group discussion about a 4-day versus a 6-day work week. I argued for the 6-day week, talking about consistency and discipline. Others talked about the 4-day week and its productivity and employee well-being benefits. There were people with sales experience and MBAs. I didn't pass this round, but it taught me about the communication and thinking skills needed. I learned from how others presented their points. This made me want to get better. Now I work in real estate and feel more confident and skilled at managing clients. My first job was a base, but this experience made me a better professional. Speak clearly, confidently, and concisely. Use logic or examples. Listen and respond well. Know current topics. It was a good experience for growth.

The interview process started with a resume screening. Then there was a video submission round where I had to recommend a famous local dish to a friend. After that, there were three technical rounds, each about 45 minutes long. This was followed by a presentation submission round where I had to explain how to increase Zomato's reach in Goa. The final technical round was with the zonal head, lasting almost 45 minutes. The last round was an interview with HR, which unfortunately resulted in rejection.

Interview start with group discussion on 'Does movie promote Violence?'. If selected, there are two rounds, R1 and R2. After the final round, you might get a location anywhere in your state based on business needs, so be prepared for that. Zomato is a great place to work; the office is good, and people are supportive. They explained things well at the start of the GD and made us comfortable.
