The interview started with a phone screen, followed by a voice call personality test. I found the personality test to be really tedious and felt it could have been done online. I wouldn't recommend it if you're short on time or have other better options. The process also includes a half-day shadowing, which seems like a big commitment for people who are already working.

The interview process spanned a week. It started with an HR call, followed by a meeting with the hiring manager, and concluded with an in-person interview in Boston with HR and two VPs. The base salary offered was quite low and non-negotiable, which I found absurd for covering six states with a decade of experience. Although the HR representative was efficient in scheduling and moving things along, they did not provide feedback after I reached out, despite their promptness earlier. My gut feeling was that it wasn't the right fit, and I wouldn't have accepted an offer even if one was extended.

Had an initial screen with HR that went well and they moved me forward. The hiring manager interview also went really well, and I was told I'd be moving on to an in-person interview in the next few weeks. However, after following up, I was ghosted. I expected more professionalism and respect. Some colleagues and former employees had warned me to be careful with Zoll, but I wanted to give them a chance. Unfortunately, they lived up to their bad reputation. I guess I dodged a bullet!
