Manufacturing Engineer
The interview process was great. They had two phone interviews, then an in-person interview that lasted 4 hours. Each person got 30 minutes to interview with them. Afterwards, they showed us the production floor, which was like a full factory with all the equipment needed for testing and assembly. It was really good to see that manufacturing is still happening in the United States.

So basically, it was a 4-hour long interview where I rotated every 30 minutes talking to different leaders. There was a design challenge using Solidworks and some technical questions about manufacturing. It was all in person with no breaks. Current interns also interviewed me.
- I was shown a catheter and asked to ask questions about it.

The first round was just a conversation. We talked about my hobbies and then more about me, which led to me talking about previous projects. We talked for about 25 minutes on Teams.
