Had a phone interview that lasted an hour. Then, two weeks later, I had an onsite interview. The night before, I had dinner with the hiring manager. The onsite interview started the next morning at 8:30am and wrapped up at 4:30pm after meeting with the entire team throughout the day.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. It began with a phone call with the hiring manager, who is a principal scientist. Then, there were several virtual panel interviews, which felt a bit impersonal because we were moved between rooms without any warning. There was also a virtual 'cultural' interview that was basically just a chat about work culture. I was in email contact with the hiring manager after the interviews, but I ended up being ghosted and then got rejected by email a while later. They didn't give a reason. Overall, it wasn't too bad of a process, so I'd say the experience was neutral.
