The whole thing took about 3 months. A big part was a case study I had to get ready and then show the team. I didn't really get a feel for how they worked as a team, they seemed more like individual experts. I got asked a lot of tough questions, felt more like a competition than a chat. Didn't get a clear reason for the rejection at the end.

This was a very long interview process, I spent a lot of time on it. The HQ felt sterile and there was an interview day with other candidates, which was weird. They didn't hire anyone for the role and seemed to have unrealistic expectations. It was disappointing, a waste of time, and I wouldn't trust this company or their products anymore.
