First, you take a super quick math test, like 50 problems in 16 mins. Then, a recruiter calls you to see how you talk and argue. You'll pitch a company merger, talk about an ad campaign (good and bad), and try to persuade them about something tricky. They give you time, so don't rush. Next, you meet the CEO for an onsite chat. If it's Kon Leong, he's sharp and wise. He'll go through your resume calmly, make you do the math test again, and give life advice. Listen more than you talk, and speak clearly. Finally, you meet the sales team (or whatever division you're joining) for what feels like a formality. They just check for any red flags and ask about leadership qualities related to the role.

They started me off with an online math and reasoning test, 50 questions in about 20 minutes. If you're good at math, it's easy. Then, I had a phone call with someone who works there, not a recruiter. They asked general stuff about my resume and threw in 2 quick brain teasers. The call was about 30 minutes. After that, I was told the final interview was in Chicago with the CEO and a recruiter. I had to take the math test again, and then got a harder brain teaser. Finally, I chatted 1-on-1 with the CEO, who asked a bunch of personal questions about my childhood, background, and education. He really wanted to know me.
