First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at ZL Technologies.
Business Development Representative
They reached out to schedule an interview about a week after I applied, but it got delayed by a bit over a month because of some health issues. After that, they asked some basic demographic questions like my citizenship, where I'm from, if I'd relocate, my graduation date, and what kind of jobs I'm looking for. Then, after about 5 minutes, the interviewer sent a link for an online assessment, and I was left to complete it on my own. It was a timed test with 16 minutes to answer 50 math questions. They were pretty straightforward math questions, probably easy if you're good at math, but I tend to take a bit longer to figure some problems out.
- Where do you hail from?
- Are you open to relocating for this position?
- Is it acceptable for you to work in the office 5 days a week?
Business Development Representative
They asked some weird questions that were more about my personal life than the job itself. They inquired about my financial situation and my relationships with others, and I felt like they were trying to manipulate candidates. They also advertised a phone interview but it turned out to be a math test. I'd advise people to avoid this company.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Business Development Representative
I had an initial call where they asked me some basic questions about relocating and the job title. Then I completed an assessment during the call. They mentioned I would be contacted for a second interview.
- In your opinion, how well do you think you'd do in a role that involves direct client interaction?
