It was a really thorough and informative process. I met with lots of different leaders from various teams and got a solid understanding of the company, what the jobs are, and what the responsibilities entail. All in all, a very good process.

Behavioral Presentation

Got a recruiter reach out to hype up the job. Then a video chat with the Sales manager, which was a solid process with good feedback. Next up, met with the SVP of the department, but it was a rushed phone interview instead of a video chat like planned. The call went okay, and then I got scheduled to fly out super last minute, like within 24 hours, which wasn't cool considering I had my current job. Met the SVP again, seemed good. The last part was a presentation with the Dept. SVP. But then the recruiter messed up and sent the wrong link for the presentation, so I was late and just rushed into it. No time to chat or get feedback. Got a generic email 48 hours later saying I didn't get the role. No feedback at all after putting in all that time. Super rushed, disorganized, and barely any feedback.

So you apply and then they send you a personality test. After that, there's a phone interview and then an in-person interview with a few managers. Then they decide. You should def look up the managers on LinkedIn first, it gives you a sense of how the interview process will go.
