The process was slow, with many weeks between each stage. After that, I was ghosted by the recruiters until I reached out. The data science interviewer was really rude and condescending when I asked for clarification on expectations and tried to narrow the focus. She didn't really explain what she wanted.

Started with a recruiter chat, then had 3 more rounds. The first was with the hiring manager. After that, I had a few chats with the team members. The last round was a meeting with a senior leader.

Case Behavioral Technical Presentation

After applying, I contacted the hiring manager. The first step was a preliminary chat with the HM about the role, which was pretty informal. Then came the recruiter screen, a general interview. After that, there were 3 interviews: First, a case study with a Director of Product/HM. It was a specific case study tied to the role, focusing on how I'd debug a product issue. They seemed more interested in my approach than a right answer, but expectations weren't super clear. Second, a Product Sense interview with the Director of Engineering. They asked about my favorite product and how I'd add an AI search tool. This interviewer seemed unprepared and uninterested, taking ages to ask questions and switching focus from product sense to analytics. They rushed to finish, giving vague answers, and even left early saying the next interviewer was coming, but they never showed. It felt very rushed and like a formality. Third, a Stakeholder Management interview with a Lead Product Manager. This was a standard behavioral interview that ran a bit long. The interviewer was very warm and engaging, and I felt they were really listening to my answers.
