Behavioral Technical Case

Applied through LinkedIn and got an email for an in-person interview the next day at a strange location inside a children's museum. The interview was short, about 5 minutes, in a back room. The hiring manager was vague about the company's business but mentioned AT&T. It seemed like they were interviewing many people quickly. Got a call later that day for a second interview the next day. Researched the company but couldn't find clear information about what they do. Their social media linked to success and entrepreneurship articles. Other reviews suggest it's door-to-door sales for AT&T subscriptions, possibly a pyramid scheme.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

It was a quick and basic interview. I sent my resume and interviewed the next day, with the final round happening the day after that. It's a young startup environment with young professionals, and the office space is designed to feel fun and open, which might seem unprofessional to some but I thought it was cool, like tech companies. The first interview was really straightforward with typical questions like 'tell me about yourself' and 'where do you see yourself in a few years.' They were a bit vague about what they actually do, which made me curious for a second interview. For the second interview, they said I'd be paired with someone for coffee or tea, but I just met with the interviewer in a common area. They explained their B2B direct sales model, mentioning AT&T as their main client, which is a big deal there. I felt I sold myself well, so I went straight to the final round with the hiring manager. He repeated some basic questions and asked if I had any confusion. I said no, and he basically confirmed I was getting the job by asking about a good time to call if an offer was extended. It felt pretty predictable from the start.

Behavioral Technical

I sent my resume in online and HR got back to me a few days later. They asked some pre-screening questions about my location, the position, and the hours. The HR person was really nice, which made me excited. The first interview was about 20 minutes, with the manager talking for about 15 minutes. I learned about the company's direction (they're expanding and taking on new campaigns, they already work with a few). I got to talk about myself and ask some questions. They said more detailed info about the day-to-day would come in a second round if I was contacted again. The people I met seemed happy at their jobs. It's a young company with high energy.
