The interview process was good and made me feel ready. The interviewer seemed like a really friendly person who wanted to learn more about me as a potential employee. They asked a few questions about my past work and life experiences.

I applied to 3 different locations and had an interview at 2, and they were very different. The first interview was pretty standard and I thought it went well. For the second interview, I drove to meet the branch manager. When I arrived, he primarily asked get-to-know-you questions, with only about 2 questions related to the job itself. The rest of the time was casual conversation about my life, the job, the company, and even some about his life and job history. I felt confident in both interviews and thought I nailed them. I was told I'd hear back within a few days about the job offer, but it's been 3 weeks and I haven't even received an email saying no.

It was an okay interview experience. Because of the pandemic, the whole process was conducted over Zoom. The interviewer and the process were nice, professional, and well-executed given the circumstances. The interview lasted about 30-45 minutes. Typical interview questions were asked. They ended up hiring someone internally.
