I had an initial video call screening which was quick, and during that I was scheduled for an interview with the director of talent acquisition. After that interview, she reached out to schedule a final round interview and gave me time slots to choose from. This was early Friday afternoon and I responded less than five minutes later choosing an interview slot the following Monday. On Monday morning, I still hadn't received a confirmation email or a link to the video call so I emailed again and received no response. The time for the interview comes and passes and I get a call saying I was supposed to be on a video call. This was frustrating as I had emailed twice and received no conformation nor the link to the meeting. We rescheduled and I did the final round interview the next day. The HR director said I should hear back after a week or so. After two weeks exactly, I had heard nothing so I sent a follow up email and received a response only a few minutes later saying I hadn't been chosen. I only wish I didn't have to wait around for an extra week since they had clearly eliminated me already. This firm seems to have bad communication issues and clearly doesn't value the time of interviewees.

The interview process was explained as having three rounds over Zoom because it's a remote position. The first interview was very brief, under ten minutes, and went well. They quickly set up the second interview with what I think was the talent acquisition manager, which lasted about thirty minutes. Unfortunately, I never heard back after that.

The interview process was long and detailed, but it was very organized and efficient. There were multiple interviews, around 3 to 5, and they also gave two to three work assignments for review. Everyone was really nice and friendly, and the environment was very professional. They are very careful in their interviews because they know precisely what they're looking for and don't want to waste anyone's time.
