Behavioral Presentation

The people who were part of the interview process were fantastic, but the Sr. Recruiter was really awful with communication. I had to reach out multiple times for updates and it was always very vague. Had to do a project example and put many hours into it only for it not to even be discussed at any stage during the cycle. Was told they were trying to hire quickly and yet the process was almost two months.

Case Presentation

Had a recruiter screen first, then a 30-minute zoom chat with a team member. After that, there was a case study to complete, followed by a zoom call where I presented it to some team members. My recruiter was good at communicating, and the team members I talked to were pretty engaged and nice.

Behavioral Technical

My interview process started with an initial phone call to go over the job details, like pay and benefits. After that, I had a video interview that was an hour long, with two 30-minute sessions with different interviewers. They mainly wanted to know if I'd be okay with the constant changes this role involves. The two interviewers I spoke with couldn't agree on hiring me, so the hiring manager set up a third interview. Even though the third interview went really well, I didn't get the job. I asked for feedback multiple times but never got any from the hiring manager.
