I applied through LinkedIn. The entire process took about a month. My experience was generally good until the very end, which was quite disappointing. The final round involved back-to-back interviews with five people for three hours straight. However, after completing my final round, they never communicated the outcome. I followed up multiple times, but received no response. It would have been courteous to at least let me know the result, whatever it was.

So first I had a quick call with the recruiter, just to get the ball rolling. Then, the hiring manager gave me a call and we chatted for a bit about my background. After that, I went in person to meet the accounting team, like five people. It was pretty relaxed, and they mostly asked about my previous jobs. I'm really happy with how it went and can't wait to join Zillow!

I applied and got a zoom interview with a recruiter within a week. It went well, and they were open about the company. Then I had a second interview with the hiring manager, but unfortunately didn't move forward. I asked for feedback but was told it's Zillow's policy not to provide it, which was a bummer because I really wanted to know why I wasn't selected. That lack of transparency affected my overall experience.
