Technical Presentation

The interview process felt impersonal. I interviewed for a new division/team. Two managers were present for a pitch where I was supposed to sell their product. They asked very specific product questions instead of assessing my ability to run a demo. That feels like something to address after product training!

Behavioral

The recruiter lied to me about the job and my commission. She blocked me on LinkedIn after I confronted her. The whole process was awful. They expect you to learn values they don't practice and ask a lot of behavioral questions. I prepped a lot for this and did well, but was heartbroken when I started and found out I wouldn't get paid commission during ramp like promised. The role was also micromanaged, and she told me I wouldn't have to make 150 dials a day, which is considered the bare minimum. You should avoid this company if you have an interview or be prepared for a different role than what you interviewed for.

Behavioral Technical Case

I interviewed with two different managers. The first interview focused on my skill set and experience. The second manager asked similar questions but also included a role-play exercise. It was pretty straightforward. They really want to see how my past successes can be applied to this role and if I have a proven track record, especially with making a high volume of calls.

  • How would you handle a price objection during a role play scenario?
