First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Zifo RnD Solutions.
Analyst
I got this opportunity through campus placements, and the whole process felt really warm and welcoming. It was a three-stage selection process. First, they screened resumes. Then, the second stage involved a test covering verbal ability, quant skills, a gaming round, and some questions related to biosciences. The final stage had two parts: an HR interview and a technical interview where they focused on critical thinking and problem-solving.
- Tell me about your resume.
- How do you approach verbal reasoning?
- Can you solve this quantitative problem?
Analyst
So, after the resume screening, there was a gaming round (Arcade style). Then some aptitude tests, including logical reasoning and quant questions covering numbers, ratios, proportions, age problems, etc. There was also a science section focusing on stoichiometry and drug development. Following that, an essay writing task. Finally, an HR interview that included resume-based questions, logical puzzles, and queries about location preference and flexibility.
- Questions about your resume and basic science topics.
Analyst
The interview had an aptitude round which was mostly about aptitude and then a technical round where the main focus was on solving technical problems that were logical and technical. Lastly, there was an HR round for general HR questions like where you studied, why zifo, and your past experience.
- Mostly aptitude questions were asked.
