it started off with a self-intro and some easy questions, like the chicken and sheep legs problem, then it got harder. they really checked out how we answered by asking us to explain our thought process. i got the feeling time was a big deal even though they said it might not be.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • There are chickens and sheep on a farm. You know the total number of heads and legs. How many chickens and sheep are there if there are 10 heads and 28 legs?
  • Using a 4-minute and a 7-minute hourglass, how do you measure exactly 9 minutes?
  • A family needs to cross a tunnel. Dad takes 1 min, Mom 2 mins, Son 4 mins, and Daughter 5 mins. At most two can cross together, moving at the slower person's speed. With a torch that only lasts 12 minutes and a fear of the dark, can they all get across?

I got this opportunity through campus placements, and the whole process felt really warm and welcoming. It was a three-stage selection process. First, they screened resumes. Then, the second stage involved a test covering verbal ability, quant skills, a gaming round, and some questions related to biosciences. The final stage had two parts: an HR interview and a technical interview where they focused on critical thinking and problem-solving.

Confirmed questions7 questions
  • Tell me about your resume.
  • How do you approach verbal reasoning?
  • Can you solve this quantitative problem?

It was an on-campus selection process. First, there was a student sorting phase based on GPA, where students with a GPA above 7.8 could apply. Then came the aptitude test, covering Quant, Reasoning, and English, including puzzles. After that, a Personal Interview (PA) session assessed core subject knowledge and mental ability. Finally, the list of selected students was published.

Confirmed questions4 questions
  • The interviewer started by explaining the time allocation for the interview, mentioning there was no time limit and I could take my time to answer.
  • They began with basic pharma questions, asking about dosage forms and their necessity for different doses, and about sterilization processes for apparatus.
  • After a few questions, they moved to the next section, which was mainly checking aptitude similar to the general aptitude test.
