Had a nice chat with the interviewers. They looked at my portfolio and gave some good advice on including diagrams in my projects. We discussed what the job is like for a new designer, the company vibe, and some of the work.

This interview is for us to get to know each other, and see if you 're a great fit for us, but also if we are a great fit for you, which is probably the more important question.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was super simple. HR first reached out via email, and then I had an online video chat. After that, I interviewed in person with two of the firm's principals. They seemed really keen to learn about me as a designer and were both super friendly and energetic, which made me feel comfortable right away. A big part of the interview involved going through my portfolio, and I actually enjoyed that because it let me answer questions about my design thinking and approach.
