I was connected with the hiring manager before a job listing was even out. We had a single meeting the day after my initial email in April. The interview went fine, and at the end they said they would get back to me in about a month (May). They never did, so I reached out again and was told they were pushing the hiring process back to later in the year. I emailed again in August and got an out-of-office reply until early 2026. Then I was told the position would be open in September. I applied and let them know, but never heard back. I get that hiring can be unpredictable, but the communication was really bad.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview was a really good experience, and I mostly met with the current team members. They were all very friendly and approachable. They did take a bit of time to get back to me after the interview, but I appreciated that they at least let me know they had already found someone for the role. It's nice because a lot of places just leave you hanging.

I went through two online interviews. The first one was about my overall goals and a summary of where I'm at currently. The second interview was a deeper dive into my experience with projects and the specific roles I've had on various ones.
