Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at ZF Group.
Project Manager
It started with a greeting and introduction of the company. Then we talked about the candidate's background and motivation. Questions about skills and experience were asked. Finally, we discussed the conditions and the next steps.
- Tell me about your career path and motivation.
- What are your key skills and experiences?
- Let's discuss the employment conditions and the next steps in the process.
Project Manager
The interview process is too long and has 3 parts. They act like they need an employee but don't hire anyone, only doing marketing and wasting your time. TEB salaries are very low, around 35-40k for a senior position. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They never announced the result until I reminded them, very unprofessional environment. Please, if you want to do PR, don't pretend to be an employer!
- Tell me about your experience in PP.
Project Manager
The interview was super easy. You usually go through 2 short interviews. They asked very basic questions, like where you live, how you commute, and what your availability is. One question they asked was what you think good hospitality is. You know right after if you are hired or not.
- Can you tell me about your experience?
- What motivates you?
- What are your salary expectations?
