First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at ZF Group.
Mechanical Engineering
The atmosphere was very relaxed. First, another student greets you and takes you to an adjacent room to ease the tension and talk about the day's schedule. Afterward, you go into the meeting room, where I was greeted by a total of 4 people and got to start with my presentation. Overall, a very pleasant conversation, it is a job interview after all, not a coffee social. But the employees just want to get to know you, not tear you down. I received feedback over the phone the very next day with very detailed insights.

It was a phone interview. The whole thing lasted about 30 minutes. For about 75% of that time, the interviewer was telling me about the job and what they expect at each stage. The rest of the time, they asked me some specific questions about my resume. They later put the job on hold because of money issues.
- Could you describe your involvement in one of the industry-focused projects mentioned on your resume?
