There were 2 interviews. The first one was about 10 minutes long with a recruiter, it was pretty chill, kind of a screening. The second interview was an onsite panel interview with 4 engineers and an HR person. They had questions on a sheet, but having a good conversation back and forth really helped. After the interview, they showed me around the place.

It was just one round and it wasn't too hard. They asked basic HR stuff, no technical questions. They were pretty open ended and didn't really tell me much about the job itself. Lots of questions about my skills and what I'd do in different scenarios.

I initially didn't know the company and they reached out to me after seeing my profile on the VAGAS website. The first stage was a very quick group interview with HR, where we talked about the company and a brief introduction of the candidates. The second was an interview with the manager, which honestly was very good. The third stage is an interview with the area manager with the manager as an observer.
