So the process kicked off with an HR phone screen, then I chatted with the Hiring Manager (Professional). After that, there was a take-home assignment. Next up was an interview with the VP of Product, followed by a meeting with the Head of Development and then the Product Designer. I also had a second interview with HR, and then another one with the Hiring Manager (Professional). Finally, they checked my references.

Behavioral Presentation

I met with Sharon twice and also Ash and Ben in person at the office. My first meeting with Sharon started as soon as I got there, and I was really struck by how busy the office was, with lots of rooms and people actively engaged. Sharon was super friendly and made me feel really welcome, as much as you can in an interview. Then, in my next meeting with Ash, I had to give a presentation. Ash was great; she let me get through my whole presentation even though it ran over the allotted time, which I really appreciated.
