Partner Manager
On top of the usual interview stuff, I had to give a presentation that was about 20-30 minutes long. It was about my ideas and plans for the role, and I thought it went pretty well.
- Can you give an example of a time you took a partner from a starting point to a very successful outcome?
Strategic Partner Manager
The interview process was great, the hiring manager was very transparent along the way regarding the status and ensured that the process was efficient throughout the different stages. The professional process had a lot of positive impact on my final decision to accept the offer from the company.
- Why do I want to join Zesty?
Partner Manager
I had a really bad experience with the Partnership Team lead. She was unprofessional and rude, didn't explain anything about the company or the role. She asked me questions that didn't match the job description. It felt like she misread my CV and assumed things I didn't do, and didn't try to understand. I got the impression she's ego-driven and was trying to put me down the whole time. She rejected me on the call, and HR called a few days later saying I didn't know the result.
- Can you tell me about your past experience?
