Standard process (phone+Zoom+home assignment+ call simulation + in-person interviews with team). I was really impressed by how transparent the team was about the process, culture, and what they expect. It was a pleasure talking with them both professionally and personally. I just started working here and feel super lucky!

The interview process started with a phone screening with Recruitment. Next, there was an initial online interview with the Team Lead Manager. This was followed by a home assignment and a cold calling role play. Then, I had an in-office interview with HR and the Director of Sales. Finally, I received an offer.

The interview process was long but I was ultimately happy with the outcome. I received an offer and accepted it, and I'm really looking forward to starting. It was challenging, but not unreasonably so. They did a lot of due diligence. Management was upfront about any issues, but I still got a really good vibe about the company.
