I had to do a take-home assignment. It was a 3-hour thing with 3 parts. The first part was to debug some code they gave me. Then, I had to add new features to that code. Finally, I had to write a unit test for the code after I fixed it.

The company has offices in Herzliya Petach Tikva, spread across two floors. Initially, candidates are invited to the nicer upper floor where the director's offices are, likely to create a good impression. Then, they move to the lower floor where the developers actually work, which looks less appealing. Based on observations, they seem to be using outdated technology and tools, which might not make it a very interesting place to work.
