It was a really great interview experience! Devin and the whole team were awesome, and everything felt very smooth and organized. I honestly wish all companies had an interview process like this one! They were super prompt and kept things moving at a perfect pace.

The interview process was way too long and disorganized. It felt like the company's management was all over the place. The final stage was a phone screen with the VP of Marketing for a SaaS sales role. After more than two weeks of 'steps,' I finished the last one and got an email the next morning from the recruiter saying they were excited to move forward and would call later to discuss next steps. They did call, but apparently, the company 'decided to switch gears and look for an established senior AE in their vertical with existing contacts.' Seriously? You just figured this out after almost 3 weeks? I'm a seasoned sales professional and can tell when something's up. Very disorganized, the base salary is below market, and they won't negotiate. The interview steps were boring, the product is mediocre, I'd avoid this place.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I was contacted by a ZeroCater recruiter on LinkedIn. We had an initial phone call where they asked about my sales experience and methodologies. After that, the recruiter set up a call for me with the VP of Revenue. Following that conversation, I was scheduled for an onsite interview. During the onsite, I met with the VP of Revenue again, which was brief as we'd already talked a lot. Then, I met with the hiring manager, who asked about my grit and determination. Finally, I met with a Senior AE, who shared his daily tasks and how he achieved success. I got an offer the day after the interviews.
