The interview process seems to be a 3-step ordeal. The first step is pretty basic, mainly to put a face to your name. Don't be surprised if they ask for your resume again. The interviewer was nice, but make sure to ask questions. From my experience and what others have said, every entry-level position here is focused on face-to-face sales. There's a chance for promotion, but based on my chat, you'll be doing door-to-door sales for local companies. The office itself is a bit strange; the building looks run-down and they're using old computers. My interviewer was polite and asked the usual intro questions like about interests, what brought you here, and your strengths and weaknesses. They were good at keeping the conversation going, but the interview is planned for about 20 minutes. They explained the second step as a 'day in the life', likely shadowing out in the field. The staff I saw were all in their 20s or early 30s, and there were only three of them plus a receptionist in the small office. I can't say anything bad about them, but I probably won't go to the second interview if they offer it, just because it's not the kind of job I'm looking for.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was not great. It had 4 rounds: a phone round, a personal round, and two other rounds with manager-level people. They asked questions like 'Do you actually walk door to door regardless of weather?' and about Zerin's door-to-door sales experience for T-Mobile and Verizon Fios, and how they pay their employees honestly based on commission.

I applied online and got a call. Then I had a short interview with the manager. There were a bunch of other people waiting to be interviewed too. The questions were really basic, like asking about strengths, weaknesses, and future goals. The interviewer was nice but didn't really explain the job much.
