First I was contacted by phone, then they sent me a link to a digital view, which is a site for online interviewing. The questions were pretty much the same as you would expect for any other sales position. Overall, it was just average level.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. They asked the usual questions people prepare for. But, there were a couple of things that really put me off and made me decline the offer. I actually applied to a company called District Solutions, but I ended up interviewing with the CEO of Zerin Business Consulting, which was a bit odd. Then, for the second interview, there were several red flags. Even though the job posting said "Training provided", you actually have to pay $250 per week for the training. Also, if you get the job, part of your duties will involve recruiting. The final deal-breaker for me was that it's a 100% commission-based role. This might not be an issue for everyone, but it felt a bit like a Pyramid Scheme to me. Overall, I just didn't appreciate the lack of transparency about everything.

I was called for an interview. I did some research the night before and saw on their facebook page that they were having an office night at a place close to my house so I went over to observe what type of employees they had working for them. I noticed a bunch of people in suits so I assumed it was them. They looked like they were having a blast and they all looked like sharp professionals. I attended my interview at the Tyson's Corner location to find out that the people I had seen the night before were the employees and management team. Every one was very genuine and nice during the process. The company seemed very promising I was looking for something that paid a little more than $700-$800/week for entry level.
