Behavioral Technical Coding

I recently went through an interview process for a software backend engineer role, and I must say, it was one of the best experiences I've had so far. The entire process was extremely well-organized, and the recruiter and interviewers were very professional and friendly throughout. The process started with a phone screen with the recruiter, who was very knowledgeable about the company and the role I was applying for. He was also very transparent about the interview process and what I could expect from each round. He asked me some basic questions about my experience and skills, and also gave me a chance to ask questions about the company and the role. Overall, it was a very positive experience. The next round was a technical interview with two software developers from the company. They were very friendly and professional, and made me feel comfortable right from the start. They asked me some challenging technical questions related to the role, and also gave me some coding problems to solve on a shared screen. Throughout the interview, they gave me helpful feedback and guidance, and also asked me some behavioral questions to understand my work style and approach to problem-solving.

It started with a 30 min recruiter call. Then there was a 1 hour technical call with the engineering manager, where they asked about my past experience, projects and tech stack, and I had 5 mins for questions at the end. After that, there was a 1 hour technical call with a coding exercise with 3 senior engineers. The recruiter kept me updated after each step, which was great.
