VP Project Management
The overall experience was good and moved quickly. I went through 3 rounds in about 2 weeks: first a recruiter chat, then a panel with project management and account leaders, and finally a talk with senior leadership. Everyone was nice, ready for the interviews, and seemed really into the work and the company culture. The questions were about leadership, how we deliver for clients, governance, and making processes bigger. They communicated well, set clear expectations, and the case discussion was practical, not just theoretical. I felt a strong sense of teamwork and progress after it was done.

Project Manager
Applied online and a few weeks later, I got an email for a phone interview. It was a standard screener, asking things like why Zeno Group, to tell them about myself, and about my previous job. We talked a lot about my past role and the company culture there. At the end, they mentioned they'd pass my info to the hiring team and let me know about next steps.

Senior Vice President
I went through a pretty long interview process with this team, five rounds in total, ending with a presentation. The first parts were good and felt like conversations, but the last one wasn't great, you know, not very professional or clear. I had to get a strategic presentation ready, limited to 10 slides. But then, during the presentation, they asked for way more detail than I could fit in that format. Some people on the team seemed checked out from the beginning, asked stuff I'd already talked about, and looked like they were texting each other during my presentation. The call also ended way too soon, even though I still had slides and time left. After putting in a lot of time and effort, I just got a super short rejection email with no explanation. I reached out asking for feedback on my experience and about me. The recruiter ghosted me. Honestly, I had already decided I didn't want the job because of how unprofessional the last round was. This whole thing made me question how they handle internal team alignment, if they respect people's time, and how they manage strategic discussions. It felt like they kept changing what they wanted, which made it hard to win. My advice to the management: Be super clear about what you expect and the scope right from the start, and make sure the team is on the same page before the final stage. If you make candidates put in a ton of work, they deserve real feedback and a professional wrap-up, no matter the outcome.
- Can you share two strengths and one area for development?
Communications Intern
The interview felt pretty informative and laid-back. Most of the questions were about work I felt good sharing, which was nice as I didn't feel pressured. It gave me a chance to talk about skills beyond my resume, like things I learned from hobbies or outside activities that taught me useful life skills. They also asked me to talk more about a project I listed on my resume, which was a bit tough but let me showcase my work ethic.
- Apart from your academic and professional experiences, what are your personal interests, and what valuable lessons have you drawn from them that you can bring to a work setting?
- Could you detail your role and contributions to the specific project mentioned in your resume?
