Automation Engineer
The hiring process went smoothly for me. Since I interviewed during the COVID-19 pandemic in the summer of 2020, all my interviews were conducted via video. It started with a phone screening with the recruiting manager who reached out to me. Next, I had two separate video interviews, one with my direct manager and another with the project manager for the specific assignment they had in mind for me. These interviews were mainly focused on getting to know me, understanding my interests, and exploring how my experience from a different industry could be relevant to Zenith. The entire process wrapped up in about 3 weeks, and I was extended an offer, which I accepted. I've been working here since August 2020, and my experience has been very positive so far.
