The interview process involves two rounds. The first is a typical interview, and the second feels a bit like a tour and a discussion about the job details. The questions aren't too hard if you have some basic computer and video game knowledge.

I met the recruiter at a GDC party, and she mentioned that if my preferred role didn't work out, I might end up in QA. After about three months, I followed up via email. Within a few days, I got an unexpected phone screen. It wasn't the most enthusiastic chat, but it was brief and direct. Then, a month or two later, I got an email for an in-person interview. I had to sign an NDA before going past the lobby.

Had 3 interviews total. The first one was mostly personal questions and talk about my past experience. It was pretty chill and easy. The second interview felt like a follow-up to the first, but they added more questions and some tests. The third interview was way more intense and kind of threw me off with how well they designed their questions and exercises to test critical thinking and how well I could describe things. Had to sign a bunch of NDAs during each interview.
