I worked there last summer before I moved to Arizona. It was a pretty cool experience, and I would love to go back if I hadn't moved. It was a great way to spend my summer, where I learned different types of marketing and sales skills. I also had a lot of fun with my coworkers every night after work. I don't recall the specifics of my second round interview, but it was definitely not as bad as some people post here. If it had been bad, I wouldn't have worked there at all. I actually had a lot of fun with the person I was shadowing. Yes, there was a bit of walking involved, like in other jobs. Overall, it was a pretty cool and unique interview, and I ended up spending my summer there. Most importantly, thanks to the company and the experience, I have a great job now in Arizona.

So first you get here, and they give you a questionnaire with about 10 questions asking about your experience, your education, and that type of thing. Then they take you to their workspace so you can see what they do and how they do it. After that, they'll go over the pay, how the company is structured, and how you can move up within it.

It was a really quick and simple interview. They asked open-ended questions that got straight to the point. The environment was comfortable, private, and professional. There were two interviewers in the room. When I arrived, the front desk person greeted me, and I waited a bit before the interview. They told me I'd get a call later that day if I was selected for the position.

I got an email and call about interviews and scheduled mine. When I got there, they had loud music playing. The owner wasn't sure which job I applied for, even though I applied for two. After he told me, he gave a generic marketing description instead of details about the role. He also made me uncomfortable by trying to flirt. I was offered a second round but turned it down.
