Started with a phone screen, then had a video interview with the sales leaders. After that, I went to a company open house where I got to meet the sales team and some senior leaders. This part was really important for me to get the job and it was also super fun to check out the office vibe. Because I went to the open house and met everyone, I didn't have a formal in-person interview.

First there was a phone call. Then I went to their Highlands Ranch HQ for three separate in-person interviews that lasted about 2 hours total. The first interview was with the Director of Outbound/Inbound Sales. Then I talked to another sales manager who is mid-level. Lastly, I had a discussion with someone who is doing the same job I applied for. The last 30 minutes I spent shadowing that person.

The interview process involved meeting with the hiring manager, the leadership team, and then shadowing the role. This gave me a good feel for the office environment and the team. The HR director was great and made me feel welcome. Overall, it was a positive experience where I learned a lot about the company and its employees.
