The process was simple, with straightforward questions. HR promptly provided feedback and clarity. There were multiple rounds, but the difficulty level remained average throughout. I got the offer and accepted it. Everything went smooth.

HR called me first to see if I was a good fit. Then I met the hiring manager on Zoom. After that, I had two more meetings with other executives. The whole thing was pretty fast and smooth.

Behavioral Other

This took two months and felt like a waste. It started with HR, then the manager who barely talked about the job and only asked about remote work. Then I spoke with a teammate, again, no role discussion. The final manager interview blindsided me with unrelated questions. He was super rude and arrogant. After a month and a half of being strung along, they chose someone internal. It was a really bad experience. I still don't know what they're looking for, but I bet they want to pay peanuts.
