Customer Service Representative
The interviews consist of 3 stages. First one you will just meet with the HR or smth. And the second one will be in-person if its possible and you will meet with your team leader and she will ask some questions to you like 40 mins. After that she will give you some paper for an exam :) And if you can pass this one the last one will be the general manager or smth...
- How would you prioritize your tasks, and what actions would you take if a specific situation (xxx) arose?
Customer Experience Specialist
So I was applying for a different customer service job at first, but after the interview the recruiter realized I wasn't the best fit for that specific role. But she thought I'd be great for another opportunity, so she set up an interview for me. The first official interview was a phone call with another recruiter who just asked general questions about me and my past work. Then, she scheduled me for a follow-up with the department heads. The second interview was with two people at the same time, I'm not sure what their exact roles were. They asked me customer service type questions and scenarios. It was pretty straightforward and they let me ask questions at the end. The third and last interview was with my manager. He was also clear and asked more customer service questions, like how I'd handle problems I couldn't solve, and asked about my customer service background. All of these interviews were on Microsoft Teams. The first one with the recruiter was just audio, but the last two were video optional. I do suggest using your camera though, it feels more personal, even though the interviewers weren't using theirs.
- What would you do if you had to handle several priorities at once?
- What is your approach to resolving an issue when you lack the necessary information?
- Tell me about your background and experience in customer service.
Customer Experience Specialist
I went through 2 rounds of interviews, including on-site face-to-face. I never heard any feedback afterwards, even though I followed up a few times. It's been 3 weeks with no response, which is really disappointing and unprofessional. Feedback is important for us to learn and grow, no matter the outcome. Not hearing back leaves me unsure about my application status and makes the organization seem unprofessional.
- Can you describe your background and qualifications?
