They mostly asked about what kind of projects I have been working on and if I knew anything about salesforce. They also gave me a couple of 'puzzle questions' to solve that weren't even coding questions.

I had two phone interviews which seemed to go well. The developers were knowledgeable and did a good job of highlighting the challenges and benefits of working at Zayo. They didn't ask any hard technical questions, it was mainly focused on my past projects. My main issue is that after the second interview, they suggested I'd probably get an offer. A week passed with no word, so I reached out to both HR and one of the interviewers, but got no reply. I was ghosted.

I connected with Zayo folks at a career fair, and then they reached out for a phone interview. The phone interview went pretty well, they asked me about my background and how I'd tackle problems. They mentioned I'd have an on-site interview and would hear back soon. But then weeks went by with no word, so I tried reaching out to three people I'd met or who were connected to the job, and they just didn't reply.
