The interview process was a bit long and the interviewer wasn't the most professional. They didn't seem to care much about my background. The main focus was on how I planned to attract customers to the store and how I would encourage people to make purchases.

The district manager conducted the interview professionally. We reviewed my resume and application, and then he asked standard corporate questions. I felt comfortable throughout the discussion, as he was attentive to my responses and allowed me to elaborate. Despite the professionalism, the conversation flowed easily. The interview lasted over 45 minutes, and by the end, we both felt at ease. I accepted the offer on the same day and began working a few days later.
