I didn't know much about the company before this, but they really made a good impression on me. On the first day, I got a detailed overview of the company, what the job responsibilities are, and what a typical day looks like. Then, I had to complete a survey that night, and the next day I had a final one-on-one interview where they asked more personal questions to get to know me.

Presentation Behavioral Other

Z57 has a three step interview process. First is a group interview with a company presentation about the company and the job. No questions are asked here. Second interview is solo, starts with 30-45 minutes shadowing a sales rep on the phone. You need to read a script and do mock sales calls. Then you have an actual interview. Last interview is usually when they make a job offer.

Had an initial phone screen with some standard questions. The job posting was misleading and didn't actually represent the duties. The person doing the phone screen wasn't even a Z57 employee, which was also misleading. I'll be warning my business colleagues in real estate not to work with Z57 because they aren't a transparent company.
