Behavioral Presentation

The first interview was a series of questions and job info. The second interview was 30 minutes long, where I had to pretend to be an associate at work, interacting with customers and trying to make a sale. I greeted each customer and smiled the whole time. Customers usually did not respond with any questions, and some were directed to the store manager. The interview required a lot of confidence and enthusiasm, along with clean grooming and good posture. The associates were friendly and observant, along with positive vibes, assertiveness, and an overall good demeanor.

Behavioral Case

It was kind of long, as I had to meet with each manager individually. This meant four separate interviews just for the sales associate position. Thankfully they were all back to back, four days in a row. As far as the interviews themselves, they were very casual and conversational. Most of the questions had to do with my interests and career goals, as well as how I would solve certain problems.

They asked some basic questions to get to know me, not super professional. They didn't seem to care much about my degree. They talked about the work environment, like what I need to wear and what not.
