You'll have to go through three rounds of interviews with either the manager or the regional director. They usually get back to you within the same week. The whole process is pretty quick. Just make sure you're really energetic and have a clear plan.

I interviewed for the Senior Client Advisor position at YSL in early February. The interview lasted two hours, which felt quite long for this kind of role. I put in a lot of time and effort preparing, but the lack of professionalism afterward was really disappointing. After the interview, I didn't hear anything for weeks. I had to reach out to HR multiple times to get any response, and even then, they just said they'd call me back, and then I heard nothing again. It's unacceptable for a prestigious brand like YSL to be so disorganized and disrespectful of candidates' time.

Really great experience, the people I met have a lot of passion and work ethic. They were clear about the brand's ideals and how they present it. We talked about the history of the brand and also their future goals. Sustainability and inclusivity are really important to them too. Overall, it was a great experience.
