Went through 4 interview stages in 2-3 weeks. The interviews were like Google's, involving the hiring manager, peers, and cross-functional teams. HR was nice and let me know beforehand what topics to expect, like Googliness, General Cognitive Ability, and Role Related Questions. No technical or number-crunching questions since this isn't a technical role.

So I had two interviews for this role. The second one actually had to be rescheduled because the interviewer just no-showed, which was kind of weird. They asked a total of eight questions, and it was like two behavioral questions for each of the main things they wanted to check on. The whole thing wasn't super awful, but both people I talked to seemed pretty checked out and uninterested.
