The interview process consisted of 3 rounds, each 45 minutes long, covering general Google categories like RRK and G&L. While the interviewers were very friendly, I ended up being ghosted after the final round, which left me without closure as a formal rejection would have been appreciated.

The interview process was a great way for me to show off my skills and experience. As I moved through each step, from the first contact to the final rounds, I got a better feel for what the company is like and what they're looking for. The whole process was pretty detailed, which let me prove I have the right qualifications and can also handle changing situations well. All in all, going through the interviews was really helpful and a good experience I'll remember for my career.

So I applied online and then a recruiter from google called me, explained what the interview process was gonna be like and set up my first interview. The whole thing had 3 rounds. The first one was with a team member and was supposed to be mostly behavioral questions and about my experience. The second was an hour long hypothetical problem to work through. And the third was an interview with the team lead, focusing on leadership and how I'd fit into the team. The interview process was pretty good and everyone was really nice. Though the first round ended up being more short hypothetical problems than behavioral questions, which caught me off guard.
