Super tough process, had 4 interviews in total. Started with a screening, then a testing round, then interviews with the manager and then the director. Getting past the screening is the hardest part. But if you're an accountant, you can do well on the testing, and the interviews after that are really detailed.

First, they ask how you found out about them, and this question gets asked again in the phone and in-person interviews. Their website and the phone interviewer talk about how happy employees are. But then in the face-to-face interview, the interviewer goes into detail about how it's bad to work for YPTC and how many clients suck. In both interviews, they ask about how you did things at past jobs. It's fine to ask technical questions, but I felt like they were looking for different ways to do things and were trying to get that information from you.

The interview process was pretty standard. I had a good chat with the recruiter over the phone, and we ended up talking longer than expected because it was such a nice conversation. The recruiter was upfront with answers and gave me a good feel for the company. They asked some typical questions like why I'm interested in the company and the role. It wasn't a rigid interview; the recruiter had a good personality and was relatable, so I didn't feel like I had to give robotic answers. I felt comfortable being open and honest.
- Were you asked about your willingness to travel?
