Marketing Assistant
HR Manager, with a very serious demeanor, conducts the initial interview, which is mandatory for everyone. She didn't share much about the company culture, which she mentioned revolves around pleasing 'auntie members' through events and employee Facebook interactions. There will be written tests, though they aren't considered very serious. Following that, there will be short interviews with the Team Manager and the Head.

I applied online and then got an email from recruiting. We set up a call, but they no-showed. I called and left a voicemail, and they didn't get back to me. Two days later, I sent a follow-up text, and they replied and rescheduled the phone interview, which they did attend. They didn't ask me questions, but instead asked when I could meet with the hiring manager/supervisor. I had a Zoom meeting with the hiring manager/supervisor, and it was a standard interview. It was about a 20-minute Zoom interview. They asked me to send over a portfolio, which I did the next day. It's now been two weeks, and I've been ghosted with no updates on the hiring process.
- Why are you looking to leave your current job?
