Marketing Assistant
HR Manager, with a very serious demeanor, conducts the initial interview, which is mandatory for everyone. She didn't share much about the company culture, which she mentioned revolves around pleasing 'auntie members' through events and employee Facebook interactions. There will be written tests, though they aren't considered very serious. Following that, there will be short interviews with the Team Manager and the Head.

Safety Manager
It was a good process with great back and forth discussion. They were open and honest about goals and challenges. I got a good understanding of benefits, pay structure, time off, and other benefits. Advancement opportunities were limited, but educational support was great.
- What's your approach to building a strong safety culture?
Forecast Analyst
So I had a zoom interview with one of the hiring managers, and then after that, I had a second phone interview with a different manager. The first interview was pretty standard. The second interview was a little rushed and on the unprofessional side of things. The hiring manager called me 25 minutes after our agreed upon start time. She blamed it on a previous meeting going long. I was then told I would hear back from them on a decision within a week. I followed up after it had been about 10 days with no response. I followed up a week later and never got a response.
- Can you share an instance where you used data to explain your forecasting approach to someone?
Digital Marketing Coordinator
I applied for the job, and about a month later, a recruiter from Young Living called me for an initial screening. She then set up an interview with the hiring manager. I met the hiring manager on-site for about an hour and really liked talking to them. They told me they had a couple more candidates to interview and would let me know about a second interview with the VP of Marketing. After almost two weeks of no word, I emailed the hiring manager. Turns out Young Living had already filled the position. I was really disappointed by the poor communication from them to a candidate who was already in their hiring process.
