We started with a google meetup for the initial screen. That call covered the whole process, pay, and gave time for questions. After that, I talked with the hiring manager. Then, I interviewed with a peer and the team lead. Next, I had a take-home case study. The final interview was a review of the case study and a mock discovery call.

We started with a phone screen with the Talent Acquisition Specialist, then had a Zoom call with the SDR Manager. The onsite interview involved doing a mock call (which was a warm, pre-set up call, not entirely cold) with the SDR Manager. We also spent time on the floor with an SDR and went over a take-home assignment with an AE. There was also a meeting with a Talent Acquisition team member for a culture check/get to know you, and then a wrap-up with your original POC/talent acquisition team member.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

Met the team at a networking event at their office and sent my resume. The whole process took 2-3 weeks. Everyone was nice, and the hardest part was 5 hours in the office meeting different people and doing a mock call, assessment and time on the floor. They are nice enough to get back to you within 2 days and give feedback, though it may take a while. They said I didn't get the job because they could sense it wasn't my passion and I wouldn't want to work long hours regularly and determined I might not be happy which I can appreciate. -Phone screen: 30ish minutes to ask about your background, if you've done sales calls, general interview questions -Video interview -5 hour in person interview
